Terrence Shea has a wealth of industry experience and an extensive history of partnering with clients and candidates in the New York Metropolitan and San Francisco Bay Area markets. Prior to founding RSI, he successfully opened and managed several staffing offices leading them to profitability. His passion is helping C-level executives, human resources leaders and hiring managers achieve their hiring goals. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from Kean University.

Tiffani La previously worked for a Fortune 500 Global Staffing Firm and held a management position for a large regional staffing firm where she effectively rebuilt the accounting division and earned the nickname “The Closer.” Tiffani has a true passion for helping candidates find their dream job. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Economics and Accounting from UCLA.
